Email support@familytaskhero.com with any question about your account, a purchase, or the app. Writing from the parent email on your account helps us verify and resolve things faster. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Managing or cancelling your subscription
Subscribed on the web (Stripe). Log in on the web and open your Family HQ plan billing page, then choose “Manage billing” to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can update your payment method or cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Subscribed in the iOS app (Apple). Apple manages that subscription, not us. Manage or cancel it from Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your device, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Refunds
Refunds for web purchases (Family HQ Premium and SUPER Premium books) are described in our refund policy. For purchases made through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled by Apple under their policies; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, on either platform:
- iOS app: open Settings inside the app and choose Delete account.
- Web: log in, open Settings in the parent dashboard, and use the Delete account section.
Deletion immediately removes the family workspace, all child profiles, mission history, story books, and uploaded photos. It does not automatically cancel a paid subscription — cancel your Stripe (web) or Apple (iOS) subscription separately if you no longer want to be billed.
Parental consent and children's privacy
Family Task Hero is parent-managed: only a parent or legal guardian can create an account, and the parent must consent to a data-collection disclosure before adding the first child profile. Our privacy policy explains exactly what we collect about children, how parents can review or delete it, and how we comply with COPPA. For child-data access or deletion requests, email support@familytaskhero.com from the parent email on file.
